What does “Predictable Monthly Pricing” mean?

It means you pay one consistent monthly rate for routine pool service, without surprise chemical charges showing up later. Your pricing is designed to stay stable and easy to budget throughout the year.

Are chemicals really included?

Yes — routine service chemicals needed to properly maintain your pool’s water balance are included in your monthly pricing.

This covers the chemicals required during normal operation to keep your pool clean, clear, and safe.

Will my price change during the summer?

No. Unlike many pool companies that bill chemicals separately (which often leads to higher summer invoices), our pricing is structured to remain consistent month to month, even during peak season.

What chemicals are considered “routine”?

Routine chemicals typically include items needed for normal water balance and sanitation, These chemicals include, Chlorine, Muriatic Acid, Sodium Bicarb, and Soda Ash, in maintenance doses based on regular pool usage and conditions. A phosphate treatment is also included prior to filter cleanings as needed.


Our focus is on preventative, consistent care, not reactionary treatments.

Are there any chemicals or services not included?

Yes — and we’re upfront about that.

Major corrective treatments or specialty services are not included, such as:

  • Algae cleanups or green-to-clean treatments

  • Phosphate removals

  • Acid washes

  • Specialty products (ex: PoolRx replacements, Enzyme Treatments, Clarifier etc.)

Any of these are always discussed and approved before work is done.

Why don’t you just charge separately for chemicals?

Because separate chemical billing often leads to:

  • Unpredictable monthly costs

  • Confusing invoices

  • Overuse of chemicals instead of proper maintenance

By including routine chemicals in our pricing, we’re able to focus on consistent, proactive care, not upselling or reacting to problems after they’ve started.

Is your service more expensive because of this?

Not necessarily — and often it’s the opposite.


While our base rate may look higher than companies advertising “service only,” customers often find our total monthly cost is more predictable and comparable, without surprise add-ons.

What if my pool needs extra attention?

If your pool ever needs something outside of routine service, we’ll:

  1. Explain what’s needed and why

  2. Provide clear pricing

  3. Get approval before moving forward

No work is performed without your knowledge.

Is there a contract?

NO!


We do require signing a Service Agreement, this just outlines expectations, sets standards and outlines what you are paying for but does not lock you into any sort of time requirements.


We believe in earning your business through consistent service and communication, not locking you into confusion or fine print.
